What can you expect?

You should not expect miracle in counseling. What I can say that psychotherapy is not about “getting rid” of symptoms. Unlike medicine, counseling is all about making balance & peace with—by listening to and understanding client’s symptoms.

"Mind Designing " by counseling removes clutter from your mind so that you can take decisions at your own, change certain behaviours, improve personal skills, develop increased confidence in your abilities, and acquire a keener awareness and appreciation of your needs and those of other people.

"Mind Designing " will help you to acknowledge the changes such as these may be less difficult than you think.

Only change is constant, this is the basis of Mind Designing - everything is experiencing change in & around us therefore by changing your attitude towards yourself and others will make you feel more & more comfortable in life.

Once you have understood & learnt the basic strategies for defining and solving problems, you may not be in need of professional help again.
